1. How am I billed for utilities provided by the township?

In Lower Pottsgrove Township we provide utility services, sewer rental and trash removal, to most residents of the township.  If you live in a development that has an HOA (Home Owners Association), trash service will be provided privately through your HOA.  If your property has a septic system, we do not provide sewer services so you will not see that reflected on the utility invoice.  

You will be billed quarterly on a combined bill of $199.50 for sewer rental and trash removal services.  

• Sewer rental - $136/Quarter
• Trash removal service - $63.50/Quarter

2. When is my bill mailed?

All trash and waste collection service bills are mailed quarterly, January 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st. For more information please call the Lower Pottsgrove Township at 610-323-0436 x 201.

• 1st Quarter (January - March) - January 1st
• 2nd Quarter (April - June) - April 1st
• 3rd Quarter (July - September) - July 1st
• 4th Quarter (October - December) - October 1st
