Collection Times
Collection for trash and recyclables is every Monday beginning at 6 a.m.
Holiday Schedule
If Monday is a celebrated holiday, collection will be on Tuesday. This applies only to the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day
Placing Items Out at Curb
To ensure that you are not missed, placed items at the curb the night before. Items may not be placed at the curb before 4 p.m. the night before and must be removed no later than 10 a.m. the day following collection.
Weight Limitations
Each household is limited to four 25 to 50 gallon waste containers/bags weighing no more than 50 pounds per container each week.
Container Limitations
Containers may be plastic or metal trash cans or plastic trash bags. Commercial toters are not an approved waste container under the Lower Pottsgrove Township trash removal contract and these containers will not be collected.
